With almost 10 years of experience, I have been in various practice settings including acute care, sub-acute, skilled nursing facilities, and out-patient. Not only having a Doctorate degree in PT, I am also a certified Diet and Lifestyle Interventionist mentored by some of the finest in lifestyle medicine and clinical nutrition, namely, Dr. T. Colin Campbell, Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn, MD, and Dr. Neal Barnard, MD. I specialize in pain management, manual therapy, wellness, nutrition, and corrective functional therapeutic exercises. Among the modalities I use, are eclectic microcurrent therapy using acutherapy points, Graston technique (IASTM), cold laser therapy (Class III, 830nm), selective functional movement assessment, and total motion release technique. Aside from this, I have a strong understanding of naturopathic medicine and believes in its principles. My way of treating movement dysfunction is I look at a person as a whole interconnecting each body part, investigating the cause of that dysfunction (at all angles even at an energetic level), correcting it in a manner that chance for relapse is less, or gone completely.
I can offer 2-3 days of consultation and treatment time per week depending on the clinic's need, patient population, and focus of treatment. I prefer to be near North Seattle, Bellevue, and Everett areas.
Feel free to ask a copy of my resume and C.V. The best way to contact me is through email.
Looking forward to working with you!
