Seeking postpartum doula for family newborn care support July - August 2013 (Due date July 8). Flexible hours, mix of both daytime and overnights ideal. Job entails 4-6 weeks commuting to family's home on Bainbridge Island, followed by 3 weeks of full time travel with family (8/10-9/1) in New England (Maine, Vermont, Adirondacks). Job responsibilities may include assistance with all aspects newborn and maternal care, light cooking and household chores, etc. During the travel job will extend to part-time nanny responsibilities for couples older children (2 girls ages 8 and 10). Ideal candidate will be independent, self-motivated, energetic, conscientious, flexible, responsible, and experienced with children. Experienced driver a must.
