INTERMITTENT ON-CALL TRANSPORTATION COORDINATOR

Title: Intermittent, On-call Transportation Coordinator
Schedule: variable; up to 16 hours per week
Location: Tukwila, WA
Opening Date: October 12, 2012
Classification: Part time Salary Range: $12.00 hour
Closing Date: October 18, 2012
Position Summary: Assist Program personnel in working with client families to ensure their safe transport.
Essential Functions: Transport clients to and from the Cowlitz Tribal Health Seattle facility.
Maintain the program vehicle including communicating with Program Management regarding necessary routine and extraordinary maintenance, cleaning of the vehicle, fueling of the vehicle and keeping fueling logs. Submit fueling logs to Program Management.
Work closely with Program personnel to support them in the delivery of services and the management of program activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Job Qualifications
Must have a valid Washington State driver’s license and insurance are requirements of the position.
