Assistant to CEO/General Office Support
The fastest growing nutrition practice in the nation is seeking an Assistant to our CEO and general office support staff person. Extremely fast-paced (and Bastyr-centric) Seattle-based practice with a busy patient load. Looking for a highly organized self-starter with a welcoming and friendly personality. 30-40 hours / week M-F. This position will include, but is not limited to: answering voluminous CEO emails, scheduling support for CEO, answering telephones, describing and promoting nutrition services, assisting callers with online scheduling, working through a variety of billing issues, copying forms, distributing office supplies to 15 Puget Sound locations, delivery of personal chef meals to client residence. Computer skills required. Must have a car. Potential for some work out of the home.

Hourly position, $15 / hour dependent upon experience, plus bonus for scheduling call-ins.
