Prerequisites for Master of Science in Acupuncture (MSA) and Master of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (MSAOM)
Entering students must have a bachelor's degree and must have completed the following courses or their equivalent:
Intermediate algebra
1 course
General chemistry (health science major level)
1 course*
General biology (with lab)
1 course
General psychology
1 course
Note: All students must complete a CPR-C level course or equivalent prior to entering intern clinic. * Survey level class that covers inorganic chemistry and includes a lab component. Intended for students in allied health majors.
