Cancer: An Integrative Approach
By John A. Catanzaro, ND

"I wrote this book for the general public as a way to provide more information about cancer treatment alternatives in easy to understand language," says John A. Catanzaro, ND, author of Cancer: An Integrative Approach, and featured speaker at an April book-signing on campus.

Catanzaro 's book focuses on facilitating recovery by addressing the emotional needs and spiritual well-being of each individual rather than dwelling on the disease process or prognosis.

Catanzaro, a 1995 Bastyr alumnus, assists the reader in understanding the many natural options available for prevention, testing and healing, what risk factors are involved, and the benefits and disadvantages of various conventional and alternative treatments.
