Online Registration

Payment of course fees are required upon registration. The best way to register is ONLINE with a Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Discover card. It's quick, easy and secure. View our Course Calendar and register online now.

If you register in one of these methods we will need you to provide your first and last name, practitioner credentials (if applicable) mailing address (street, city and zip code), phone number with area code, email address and payment. Checks should be made out to "Bastyr University"; please do not mail cash.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Bastyr Certificate, Community and Continuing Education - Cancellation, Transfer and Refund Policy

Please submit your request in writing (email or fax). Unless otherwise specified in the individual course descriptions, cancellations or transfers made up to 14 calendar days before the first day of the course will result in a refund, less a $35 processing fee or 20 percent of tuition, whichever is less. No refunds are granted for cancellations made with less than the 14-day notice. Returned checks will be assessed a $28 fee. Students registered for the full course will not be refunded for any missed sessions and may not receive certificates of completion for partial completion of a seminar. Bastyr University reserves the right to cancel courses with insufficient enrollment, in which case a full refund will be granted to those registered.

Transfers

Students may transfer between courses or class sessions. A processing fee of $35 or 20% (whichever is less) will be accessed. A request for transfer can be made up to two weeks before a course start.
