You can also register in person at the Extended Education and Conferences office located in Room 180 on the Bastyr University campus, by fax at 425.602.3304 or by phone at 425.602.3075.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Unless otherwise specified in the individual course descriptions, cancellations made up to two weeks before a course will result in a full refund, less a $35 processing fee or 20 percent of tuition, whichever is less. No refunds are granted for cancellations made with less than two weeks notice. Students registered for the full course will not be refunded for any missed sessions and will not receive certificates of completion for partial completion of a seminar. Bastyr University reserves the right to cancel courses with insufficient enrollment, in which case a full refund will be granted to those registered.
Transfers
Students may transfer between courses or class sessions one time per registration. A fee of 20% of the original registration cost will be assessed.
Method of Payment
Bastyr University accepts cash, checks, or credit card (VISA or Master Card only) for tuition payment. Do not mail cash with your registration.
