Conference Catering for Meetings and Events

Bastyr University Catering Services provides catering for all onsite meetings and events. Pepared by our chef's from scratch, meals are tasty and made from the highest quality ingredients, organic whenever possible. Bastyr takes pride in its sustainable practices such as our comprehensive composting of corn-resin "plastics," paper and food wastes. See menu and pricing information on conferencing catering below.

Bastyr University Conference Services provides catering for wedding receptions and for other special events held on campus, including fundraising banquets, and holiday and special occasion parties. Basic Buffet Breakfast

Breakfast $6.95*
Hot entree served with potato dish, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, hot and cold cereal, toast or muffins, coffee and tea.

Continental Breakfast
$5.50*
Choice of freshly baked muffins or scones served with seasonal fresh fruit with coffee and tea.

Beverages

Coffee and Tea Service $2.25 per person
The service includes regular and decaf coffee (Tully's beans are used), regular and herbal teas and ice water. Condiments include: Cream, milk, soy milk, honey, sugar, raw sugar, agave syrup and lemon slices.

Coffee Refill - $12.00 per 2qt airpot

Tea Service - $1.75 per person
Tea service includes regular and herbal teas, honey, sugar, raw sugar, agave syrup and lemon slices.

Basic Buffet Lunch or Dinner

All Lunch Buffets include one main entrée, salad bar, soup, fresh bread, dessert and beverages. $8.75*

All Dinner Buffets include one main entrée, salad bar, soup, seasonal vegetable, fresh bread, dessert and beverages. $10.25*

  • Taco Bar
    Served with choice of corn or flour tortillas with refried beans, guacamole, salsa, sour cream and assorted optional toppings.
  • Pita Bar
    Whole-wheat pocket bread served with falafel, hummus and variety of chopped vegetables.
  • Baked Potato Bar
    Piping hot baked potatoes with variety of toppings, which may include: sour cream, onions or chives, olives, homemade salsa and tomatoes.
  • Lasagna
    This lasagna is filled with goodies so it comes out about 3 inches high. It includes three cheeses, spinach and delicious fresh tomato sauce.
  • Stir-Fried Vegetables (Tofu-optional)
    Fresh seasonal vegetables with tofu (if you choose) in a garlic and ginger sauce served with brown rice.
  • Curried Vegetables
    Fresh seasonal vegetables in a cashew curry sauce served with basmati rice.
  • Eggplant Parmesan
    Fresh eggplant, cheese and tomatoes served baked as a casserole.
  • Penne Primavera
    Penne pasta in a delicious sauce of seasonal vegetables and tomatoes.
  • Garden Burgers
    A Bastyr University recipe of grain and vegetable patties served with homemade hamburger buns and condiments. You can also ask for our Bastyr Baked Fries to go along with your burger.
  • Ratatouille
    Fresh eggplant, zucchini, green peppers and tomato casserole.
  • Vegetable Quiche
    Cheese custard and vegetables baked in a pastry shell served with fresh fruit.
  • Fettuccine with Mushrooms and Pesto Cream Sauce
    Served with fresh seasonal vegetables and whole-grain bread.
  • Pizza
    Homemade crust with a variety of vegetable and cheese toppings.
  • Enchiladas
    Whole-wheat tortillas wrapped around a freshly made black-bean filling, covered with a rich tomato sauce and cheese, and then baked to perfection.
  • Spaghetti with Marinara Sauce
    Spaghetti noodles served with a rich and delicious marinara sauce.
  • Burritos
    Flour tortillas filled with refried beans and cheese and topped with spicy tomato sauce.
  • Thai Noodles
    Thai rice noodles stir fried with vegetables and tofu.

Boxed lunches are available upon request. Prices vary depending on items ordered for each boxed lunch.
