This experiential workshop reviews the principles of the therapy and how to create a balanced formula for emotional well-being, soul development, and body/mind health issues.
Dr. Bach observed that blocked emotions and thought patterns are the main cause for illness and disease. He believed that true health can only be maintained by treating the individual personality instead of concentrating exclusively on the symptoms. When we feel fulfilled, positive and happy we enjoy better health, get more out of life and give more to others. Bach-Flower remedies help us during challenging life situations to stay in balance and to move forward. Each of the 38 flower essences aids a specific emotion or thought patterns. They can be taken individually or as a combination of remedies to restore the imbalance. Health care practitioners can use Bach-Flower essences with their own patients, and others can use them for self-care or with family.
Upon completion of the seminar you will be able to:
- Explain the healing and transformative power of the 38 Bach-Flower essences
- Describe each flower and the corresponding emotional or mental state
- Discuss the psychosomatic aspect of illness and disease
- Practice how to create a formula, and how to use the essences (selection, preparation of a formula, dosage)
- List the differences and similarities among the Bach Flowers via exercises, case studies and practical examples
