Do you feel like you never have enough time? Or, perhaps too much time on your hands? How will you spend the time you have left? We will explore the nature of time, our physical link to it, and discover how we can experience a healthier relationship with time itself. We will work in the place that exists outside of time to learn the art of stillness, and plant the seeds to create the life you yearn to live. Feb 24, Sun, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Instructor: Lauren Nalder, BSc 8 CEUs

Step into infinity and learn how to shift your world with the energy and intention of your mind.  When you can sculpt your thoughts you tap into your creativity, enabling you to sail in whichever direction you wish to. Connect with the energy of your essential self to feed your soul - then use these tools which will allow you to shape the time to come. Experience inner peace and achieve new levels of awareness as you journey through the stars and unlock the secret to creating unlimited possibility and living your dreams.

Upon completion of this seminar you will be able to:

  • Create a still mind and describe the experience of stillness.
  • Discuss the concept of timelessness.
  • Explain which region of our brain corresponds to how we physically perceive time.
  • Discuss methods to open pathways of unlimited potential in one’s life.
  • Demonstrate a centering and breathing technique.

This class is part of a non-credit program offered by Bastyr’s Continuing Education Department called Indigenous Wisdom Teachings. To read about the course sequence, just click on the Program Flier PDF.
