Aljoya Thornton Place invites the public to a free, three-part wellness lecture series featuring Bastyr University faculty members.

Learn the physiological changes in aging that impact digestion and absorption of nutrients. Take home some healty recipes and food samples.

Kelly Morrow, MS, RD, CD is a core faculty member in the Department of Nutrtion and Exerceis Science at Bastyr University. She is a clinical supervisor at Bastyr Center for Natural Health and also sees patients in her private practice at Bastyr Center for Natural Health and the Bastyr Integrative Oncology Research Center.

The second talk, "Basic Principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine" by Kathleen Lumiere, DAOM, LAc, is at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, September 16.

The third talk, "Breathing Your Way to Better Health" by Brad Lichtenstein, ND, BCB is at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, October 21.
