The modern use of essential oils has developed a new twist – “sniff and use” for all things spiritual. Learn how the core history of aromatics has evolved into a present day essential oil spiritual experience based on new technology, changing yoga practices and advanced understandings of oil chemistry, the brain and quantum physics.
Upon conclusion of the seminar you will be able to:
- Describe the history of aromatics in spiritual and religious practice with the modern use of essential oils for meditation and prayer.
- Explain possible channels of action where essential oils assist in quieting the mind.
- Select six essential oils for meditation, yoga or philosophical contemplation.
- Create at least three different essential oil formulas for use in spiritual practice.
