With questions surrounding hormone replacement therapy, many women are looking for natural ways to treat menopause symptoms. Learn about lifestyle changes you can make to relieve symptoms and more at the free talk "Natural Treatments for Menopause" from 6-7:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 12, 2013, at Bastyr Center for Natural Health.
