Deepen your understanding of the interconnectedness between energy and healing. Engage the four levels of your being and experience flow as you fuel your body and feed your soul with the Elemental Healing™ Method. Our energy body codes our experiences in its energetic architecture where there is a complete record of all our past experiences and emotional wounds. Healing those wounds is one of the primary rewards of one’s Inner Journey. Instructor: Lauren Nalder, BSc April 17, 24 & May 1, Wednesdays, 6- 9p.m. 8 CEUs

In this class you will evaluate the condition of the energy body and learn to move energy through it - creating space for healing to occur. You will learn to remove dense energy and replace it with a quantum of clean energy to begin the healing process. We will discuss how experiences are processed in your energetic architecture and you will learn methods for releasing burdens and restoring wholeness. Dialogue with the Elements and discover how each lives within you - reconnecting and rebuilding relationships as needed.  Expand your knowledge of mind-body-spirit synergy and enrich your life with timeless teachings.

Upon completion of this course you will:

  • Demonstrate ways to evaluate the condition of the energy body.
  • Discuss how experiences are processed through your energetic architecture.
  • Discover how the Elements live within you and enhance your relationship with each.
  • Discuss techniques for moving energy through your body.
  • Demonstrate the Elemental Healing™ Method.

This class is part of a non-credit program offered by Bastyr's Continuing Education Department. To read about the program course sequence, program requirements and fees, just click on the Program Flier pdf.
