Victoria Sweet, MD, PhD, will share her life’s work healing the poor and chronically ill at San Francisco’s Laguna Honda Hospital. As a physician, author of God's Hotel, and a prize-winning historian, Dr. Sweet's values align with the mission of our teaching clinic, Bastyr Center for Natural Health. Her remarks will inspire and complement our efforts to increase support for homeless women and children, seniors, the unemployed and HIV/AIDS patients whom receive uncompensated care services at our Clinic.
