Roberta Fuhr is the founder of Experience Tea Studio, a unique business focused on helping people discover true tea and expand their world through the experience of tea.  A former banker, Roberta started her own tea journey 20 years ago exploring different teas and enjoying tea as a part of life. In 2010 she decided to expand her knowledge by taking professional tea classes with The Specialty Tea Institute and is now a Certified Tea Specialist by STI.

As a tea appreciator, the one thing that frustrated Roberta and led to her developing this concept of a Tea Studio, was the lack of knowledge transfer about tea - good quality teas -what they are, how they are made, it’s history and the variety of tastes.  She formulated the idea of Experience Tea around the concept of teaching tea classes with guided tastings, empowering the average consumer to understand and appreciate good tea.
