Today, Bastyr University is the largest university for natural arts and health sciences in the United States, combining a multidisciplinary curriculum with leading edge research and clinical training. Bastyr offers more than 17 degree and certificate programs in fields such as naturopathic medicine, acupuncture and Oriental medicine, whole-food nutrition and holistic landscape design. Student clinical training takes places at Bastyr Center for Natural Health in Seattle's Fremont/Wallingford neighborhood and at many external sites throughout the region.
