Anjali BarveAnjali Barve

Anjali Barve is a second-year ND student. She graduated cum laude from Ursinus College in 2008 with a focus on pre-medical studies. She moved to California with her boyfriend and her dog and began working as a medical assistant at the Khalsa Medical Clinic for Integrative Medicine. She later attended St. George’s University for conventional medicine. After a year of hard work and soul searching, she realized that she needed to find a more holistic path in health care. This led her to become a member of the inaugural class of Bastyr University California. She loves her school and her classmates and couldn’t be more thrilled about her decision to transfer out of the allopathic model and into the naturopathic model of medicine. Her favorite classes so far have been botanical medicine lab and homeopathy. In her spare time, Anjali loves to dance, play with her dog and explore new places with the people she loves.
