Ordering and Shipping Information
Actual UPS shipping charges are added to the final order. Items are available for shipping within the United States and Canada only. Please allow 1-10 business days for shipping during normal mailing season, longer at peak delivery times.
Washington state residents will be charged 9.0% sales tax.
Out of Stock Items
In stock items will be shipped within 3 business days via UPS.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will first ship those items that are immediately available from your order. We will contact you to inform you of the estimated availability of the out of stock item, so you can check our website to place a reorder if you later wish to purchase the item.
Returns
Items returned in the same condition as shipped are eligible for a refund within 10 days of delivery date, less the shipping charges. Please include the bank authorization code and the order ID number with your return and send items to the address given below.
