Rabbi Ted Falcon lunch-time teaching and meditation, Monday 4/22 at noon

Beloved Seattle-area spiritual teacher, Rabbi Ted Falcon, will be on the Kenmore campus this Monday, 4/22/13, for a noontime brown bag talk on contemplative practices, and to lead a meditation session. We'll be in room 1062 from noon til 12:50 so bring your lunch and come join us!

Course on Death & Dying this Spring

The Center for Spirituality, Science & Medicine is pleased to offer a new elective spring quarter with Dr. Lichtenstein on death and dying.  Death is a topic we tend to avoid in our culture until we're faced with the loss of a loved one or a patient.  Death can be a sacred and healing process for families if we are ready and willing.  Learn more and register soon for this elective.

The series "going. Going! GONE?" Death in three (conversational) acts" concludes with Act 2, called "Going!", from 7-8:30 p.m. February 16 in the Bastyr University Chapel followed by Act 3, "Gone?", from 7-8:30 p.m. March 1 in the Bastyr University Auditorium.  Tickets are $12 and will be sold at the door 30 minutes before start time.
