Briefly describe your practice (business model):
General practice treating all ages and illnesses with treatment concentrating on homeopathy, nutrition, herbs and a variety of treatment modalities.
How is natural medicine accepted in your region?
The residents of this area have a wide range of knowledge of this medicine. Usually patients come in with acceptance and trust because they are referred from a friend or family member who had a positive experience with the office.
What do you find to be the most interesting aspect of practicing?
Being able to practice on such a large variety of ages and illnesses and continuously learning new aspects of this medicine are both wonderful but the best part of the practice is the satisfaction and gratitude of being a part of the healing process.
What are your overall marketing strategies?
All new patients are via word of mouth.
What keeps you motivated to practice?
I have great fulfillment in practicing naturopathic medicine because I see the positive and profound effects it has on my patients.
What’s next for you? Where would you like to place your energies?
In June of 2004 I will graduate from acupuncture school. Until then, all my energies will be placed towards that goal.
What are some of your interests/hobbies outside of healing?
Backpacking/Hiking, Mt. Biking, Yoga, Skiing/Mountaineering
