It is with great pleasure that I bring back the Bastyr University Alumni eNews. I sincerely hope you benefit from and enjoy news from the Bastyr community.
In the short time since joining Bastyr University, I have discovered what many of you already know, Bastyr University is a “hidden jewel” in the field of higher education. For an institution that is considered “nontraditional”, the very traditional value of community support of our current students, faculty and staff is alive and well. I seek to extend a helping hand to you, our valued alumni. My goal is for Bastyr University to be part of your life today—and for you to share in the University's growing list of accomplishments.
With that in mind, this newsletter is designed to highlight upcoming events and programs at the University and to update you on the many exciting developments in our alumni community. Along with Alumni eNews, the Bastyr University website is a great tool that provides you with current information about important events, trends and discussions at our University.
I welcome your thoughts and opinions. The alumni program we create will only be as good as the ideas shared and acted upon. I hope you will stay in touch and I look forward to seeing you at an upcoming event soon.
I look forward to our continued communications through Bastyr Alumni eNewsletters. Thank you for your support. Be well and, please, do keep in touch.
Sincerely,
Tom Bull
Director, Bastyr Alumni Association
