Bastyr Study Shows Qigong Improves Markers in Type 2 Diabetes
The ancient Chinese healing practice of qigong has been used in the East for thousands of years to prevent and treat health problems. The Bastyr University Research Institute recently conducted the first-ever randomized, controlled study in the U.S. on qigong’s effectiveness in treating type 2 diabetes.
