All applicants to Bastyr University must submit an application packet that consists of:
- General university application
- Program application
- Letters of reference if required*
- All official transcripts**
To apply online or to download an application packet you will need to create a prospect account.
*All letters of reference, if required, should be sent directly from the referee to the admissions office.
**All official transcripts must be mailed directly from all schools or universities previously attended.
Application Deadlines:
- ND program – early decision: November 15
- ND program – priority deadline†: February 1
- All other programs – priority deadline†: March 15
†Applications received by this date receive priority consideration for interview scheduling and scholarship evaluation. After this date, applications are accepted on a space-available basis.

If you would like to submit a request for program information, please completely fill out the request form including the specific program of interest and what materials you would like sent.
Application fees:
You may submit your application online with a Visa or MasterCard or send the completed application packet with a check or money order to the address below. Application fees are non-refundable and range from $60 for undergraduate or $75 for graduate programs. (Advanced standing/transfer applicants will be charged an additional $75 evaluation fee.)
