All applicants to Bastyr University must submit an application packet that consists of:

• General university application
• Program application
• Letters of reference if required*
• All official transcripts**

To apply online or to download an application packet you will need to create a prospect account.

If you would like to submit a request for program information, please completely fill out the request form including the specific program of interest and what materials you would like sent.

You may submit your application online with a Visa or MasterCard or send the completed application packet with a check or money order to the address below. Application fees are non-refundable and range from $60 for undergraduate or $75 for graduate programs.
