The University's teaching clinic, Bastyr Center for Natural Health, is the largest natural health clinic in the Northwest, with approximately 35,000 patient visits annually. Located in the Fremont/Wallingford neighborhood of Seattle, the clinic offers health care services for the public while providing students with valuable training opportunities.

Bastyr provides basic natural health care services at a variety of clinical sites throughout the Puget Sound. Advanced naturopathic medicine (ND) and acupuncture and Oriental medicine (AOM) students, under the supervision of Bastyr clinical faculty, provide free or reduced-rate health care in both rural and urban settings.
